01The plugin
CrawlTally free is licensed under GPLv2-or-later. Pro features are licensed per the plan purchased: one license, three sites, lifetime use; fingerprint-library updates included for one year from purchase; renewable thereafter.
02Cloud service
Cloud subscriptions run month-to-month and can be cancelled anytime; access continues until the paid period ends. We aim for but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability; the plugin's local features work without the cloud.
03Refunds
One-time Pro purchases are refundable within 14 days if the plugin does not work as described and we cannot fix it. Refunds revoke the license.
04Fair use
Don't resell, redistribute the Pro code, or use the API to build a competing crawler-monitoring service. Search checks are rate-limited per site.
05Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or SEO outcomes. Bot detection is user-agent based and best-effort.
